Steps:
1. For duplicate title, contact the County Clerk where title was issued.
2. For duplicate registration/plate, contact the County Treasurer where the plate/registration was issued.
3. For title search, complete the Privacy Disclosure Agreement if you qualify and pay the title-search fee.

Privacy limit:
Private ownership, prior-owner identity, title-holder, address, registration history, and protected motor-vehicle records are privacy controlled under DPPA/permissible-use rules. This website prepares the request path only and does not pull private DMV/MVC records.
