1. For PPI on a Virginia-titled vehicle, use DMV’s vehicle history / obtaining records resources.
2. From DMV records, select Vehicle History Reports or Prospective Purchaser Inquiry.
3. Submit identifiers and fee per Virginia DMV instructions.
