Steps:
1. Use Michigan online services.
2. Select Record Sales Services, then Request Records for individual/non-account holder requests.
3. Account holders use Log in for Record Sales; bulk list sales do not contain driving, title, or registration history.

Private ownership, prior-owner identity, title-holder, address, registration history, and protected motor-vehicle records are privacy controlled under DPPA/permissible-use rules. This website prepares the request path only and does not pull private DMV/MVC records.
