Steps:
1. Provide VIN and title number when available.
2. Use the online Request for Vehicle Record or submit Motor Vehicle Request Form 3374.
3. Sign/date the request and submit payment; credit-card orders may be sent by fax or email.

Private ownership, prior-owner identity, title-holder, address, registration history, and protected motor-vehicle records are privacy controlled under DPPA/permissible-use rules. This website prepares the request path only and does not pull private DMV/MVC records.
