Steps:
1. Arkansas will not release someone else’s information unless DPPA access applies.
2. For a vehicle you owned, prepare a written request with a copy of your driver license.
3. Include vehicle description, VIN, plate number or name/address for alpha search, reason for request, and fees.

Privacy limit:
Private ownership, prior-owner identity, title-holder, address, registration history, and protected motor-vehicle records are privacy controlled under DPPA/permissible-use rules. This website prepares the request path only and does not pull private DMV/MVC records.
