Steps:
1. If you are owner of record, request a Title and Registration MVR online through AZ MVD Now or by mail using form 46-4416.
2. Prospective buyers should ask the current titled owner to provide the Arizona MVR.
3. Vehicles not titled or registered in Arizona within the last 5 years may not be eligible.
